Operate home-based childcare programs while accessing mentorship, training, and resources through our provider network.
Coordinate spaces, communications, and logistics that help our programs thrive across Ottawa.

At BEL-C, our teaching philosophy connects knowledge and character. We integrate Ontario’s How Does Learning Happen? with our STREALM model — Science & Social Studies, Technology, Reading & Research, Engineering, Arts, Languages & Communication, Math & Mentorship.
